Data Management Plans for Your Research

"Over the last 10 years, many government funding agencies have included the creation of a data management plan (DMP) as a part of the research grant request process. DMPs spell out how data is to be maintained, secured, and shared over the lifespan of the research project. Fortunately, there have been numerous web-based tools to guide researchers as they develop a DMP - and during this session we will discuss how and why DMPs have evolved as well as looking at some of these resources that can aid in the creation of a DMP."
